Information collected
The application uses account information, contact details, service address, turf details, messages, optional photos, consent records, and operational history to research and manage your request. Authentication uses Supabase; hosting uses HostGator.
Why the information is used
Information supports account access, request review, provider research, quote comparison, clarification, and booking coordination. Staff may contact providers and disclose the information necessary for the quote-shopping process you authorize.
Access and security
Customer records are restricted by authenticated access and database permissions. Staff access is role-based. Provider research is private. Photos use private storage. The application records operational audit events and does not place private request values in public pages or analytics.
Marketing choice
Marketing consent is separate from service-request consent and is optional. The current application does not send promotional campaigns. You may ask to change your preferences through the portal.
Your requests and retention
You can export your account records and submit a deletion request from the portal. Deletion requests require review because some operational and audit records may need to be retained. The business name is Turf Cleaning Advisor and the planned website is turfcleaningadvisor.com. A final business-specific retention schedule and direct privacy contact must be approved before public launch.
Cookies
The application uses secure session cookies for login. It does not currently load advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Authentication and hosting services may use their own essential security mechanisms.
