How content is prepared

Guides are written to answer practical questions about scope, maintenance, equipment, infill, and service terms. We distinguish an explanation from a product recommendation, planning estimate, or confirmed provider quote.

Sources and specialist review

We use manufacturer instructions, authoritative geographic records, public-health guidance, and relevant technical sources. Chemical, health, and safety drafts remain excluded from search indexing until specialist review. Human review status is displayed rather than inventing an author qualification or review date.

Publishing and corrections

Staff can draft, review, schedule, publish, archive, or reject articles. Publication requires a named author, reviewer, sources, substantive content, and a review date. Revisions are preserved. Changes that affect a practical recommendation should include a new review and source check.

Independence and disclosure

We do not invent customer experiences, ratings, prices, or cleaning outcomes. A visual before/after illustration is not represented as evidence from a completed job. Send correction requests through the portal support workflow.
